This isn't a private listing, but this may be a good sign of shill? The winning bid was $610. If the bid was not run up with real bids, the winning bid would have only been $187.

It looks like a script may have been used to make all those bids by o***o since each is only a few seconds apart.

I don't see an o***o but there is a y***d. It could be as you claim, it one can also use the eBay app and keep hitting the bid button repeatedly as well. I did this just the other day for a few well-below market value bids on a particular auction. As it turns out, that auction ended as a pretty good deal for someone.
