You could probably quintuple (or more) the amount of savings that have been generated by factoring in the lurkers like me who found TUG while investigating timeshare and therefore never got to the point of having to rescind and went straight to resale.

could also take up the same marketing tactics that the exit companies use and add "an average of 20 years worth of maintenance fees" as additional savings as well to blow that number up to ridiculous levels!
