Need Help Finding Correct Mailing Address for HGV Cancun Las Vegas Cancellation

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a timeshare at the Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort in Las Vegas on 8/6 and I need to send a cancellation notice within the rescission period (5 days). However, I'm unsure of the correct mailing address. The contract lists the HGV headquarters in Orlando, but I signed the contract at the resort itself.

Has anyone successfully cancelled a purchase from the Cancun Resort Las Vegas? If so, would you mind sharing the address you used? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also, do I need to notarize the letter, some said yes and some said no, so I’m unsure.

Thanks in advance!

Kaynor

You normally don't mail cancellation letters to the resort but to a corporate address. It should be listed in your paperwork where to mail the letter. Follow the cancellation instructions in your paperwork.

Don't overthink it. Mail it to the address in the contract.

It states that the Your right to revoke this contract is contained elsewhere in the contract. What does that state and should be where to send the rescind letter? There might also be an email address.

Here the only corporate address mentioned in the contract is 6355 MetroWest Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32835. Does this look correct to you guys?

Use this address. If it gives you more peace of mind, send a rescission letter to both of them.

Jim

Great! Thanks folks, I will keep it posted.

Also, can I use UPS with signature required, or does it has to be USPS certified mail. The place where it states how can I send it is attached below:

We bought at Cancun Las Vegas resort also. Sorry to see you are unhappy with your purchase. I have rescinded twice before, both times with Worldmark. I followed what it said in each contract concerning where to send the letter. I mailed via FedEx to get the proof of delivery. I also called the customer service number to make sure they received the letter. HTH

It would seem that UPS could be covered under the "recognized overnight delivery service".

I just called one of their reps and they said I could send the contract to the email financialserviceshelp@gmail.com. Is this the correct way to do it? I will still be sending a physical mail, but just curious if anyone has done the email path before

That email address looks suspect. You can try it in addition to sending your letter according to the contract, but I am an owner with HGV and every legit email for them I have seen has been an @hgv.com email.

That was my mistake, the correct email is provided at #12
