Go to the Mexican Post Office and send you rescission letter via REGISTERED MAIL.

You have 5 days from the day you signed to get this Postmarked. Retain a copy of the rescission paperwork and Postal Receipt for your own records.

NOTE: When Garza receives your rescission letter they will likely attempt to call you and offer you a far lower price to not cancel. Don't fall for it. Matter of fact, don't even answer your phone when they attempt to contact you.

Best of luck!

I don't advise you do it in person but that is your personal choice. Be prepared for a lot of intense pressure.

Your paperwork may tell you where to send it so read it over carefully.

You can dispute the charge -- that is your choice. If you rescind within 5 days then this whole issue "should" go away.

Search PROFECO. It is the Mexican Consumer Bureau. They have an office in Cancun. Open a file with them- it can be in English. As said rescission in person can be a PITA. Be Firm and get a photo and signature of whoever accepts the letter.

Good Luck!

I’m reading the cancel agreement and it says cancel in person, via registered mail OR email and listed an email
Do you guys think that sending an email is sufficient enough?

The phone number for Profeco is wrong on the internet it goes to a sales pitch for a medical button thing.

Little info here,
So the loser that sold us the time share sent a text message talking a lot of nonsense about myself and my gf getting personal!
How can I get these scammers on blast?? People should know how they really are

glad you were able to rescind in time! How much did you save by chance? We track that and are so close to 23 million!
