travel4you5 ebay seller A/K/A National Resort Title et al

For a purchase that big, if I knew it was recorded, I would call the county and tell them I want to get a copy of the deed to send to Disney for transfer to my name.
The problem with this is they never submitted to Disney for ROFR. They couldn't have. The contracts they are having people sign do NOT include any of the required information to submit to Disney to begin with. It's missing the proper legal property address, unit number, contract number (the one on the forms is not a Disney number), member number AND the seller is listed as the Ebay seller, not the actual seller of the property.

Just dropping a copy of another negative review incase Ebay decides to delete this one too. They haven't posted anything for sale in awhile, maybe Ebay has caught on. Just to update everyone I spoke to the detective again today there IS an ongoing case this just takes time. There are more people than just myself involved in the case. Will keep you guys updated if I can.

A little light reading... this same group was sued by Wyndam 10 years ago. This Stacy Gillispie IS the same one from this lawsuit, redweek4less and travel4you5. Stacey Gillispie just happens to OWN the house my refund check came from under "National Resort Title."

Anyone who has been scammed by this company and would like to file a report with the local Sheriff's office in Sevier County, please DM me and I will give you the detectives email.
Please send me the information. Unfortunately I bought 2 different timeshares from these scum.

Just dropping a copy of another negative review incase Ebay decides to delete this one too. They haven't posted anything for sale in awhile, maybe Ebay has caught on. Just to update everyone I spoke to the detective again today there IS an ongoing case this just takes time. There are more people than just myself involved in the case. Will keep you guys updated if I can.

First, the scammer will ban you from bidding, then they will report you to eBay for non-payment and eBay will strike your account with a non-payment penalty just for one auction, and may ban you altogether from eBay for multiple. I am speaking from personal experience.

I'm afraid @echino is correct. Although @Elconquistador's heart is in the right place, eBay's policy will make more trouble for Elconquistador than for Gillispie and travel4you5.

Do you mind me asking how the detective knew that you were scammed? I wonder if they pulled the sellers Ebay information?

I got to say I see all of this information about National Resort Title and Travel4you and it is shocking. Because I purchase a Vacation Village @ Parkway from Travel4you in July of 2022 and National Resort Title Handle the closing. It was transferred to me in just a little less then 2 months. We had no problems at all. I then purchased a Marriott Grand Chateau from them In Jan 2023. Now this took almost 4 months to complete but I was in communication with the Title company and travel4you the entire time. Sometimes they took 2-3 days to respond but they always did. We paid for the 2023 usage too for the Marriott and National Resort Title even booked reservations for us during the transfer process so we did not lose out on the week we wanted. I have not had a single problem with either company and love the properties we own and at a good price too. Now we did purchase a Vacation Village @ Parkway from another company on ebay in March and they use Chicago Title and it still has not transferred and trying to get anyone to reply to us is like trying to get a hold of the President. I have to be honest I wish National Resort Title was handling the transfer. Anyways I just wanted to share my experience as I am sure there are many out there that has used these companies and had no problems at all. I know each property is different and Travel4you seems to be like a middle man for the original owners so I am sure they have to play their part in the transfers.

Oh Hi Morgan! Or Kelly or Stacy!! So a few $1 auctions did go through. It's how another person on here got scammed into buying several other DVC properties that were fraudulent. How do I know they were fraudulent? We all have letters from Disney Vacation Club stating the contracts we signed were not valid and were never submitted to ROFR (even though you swore they were) but could not have been because all of the information was missing. Even for the people that you informed PASSED ROFR for Disney never went through. We have all turned the information over to your state officials and we all have cases with the Sevier County Sheriff's office. Best of luck to you!

PS, did you really believe offering us a $50 gift card for our inconvenience was going to make us forget what happened?

You realize that this isn't a good look? Just signed up on the forums today just to post glowing reviews. Not many people who had a good experience with a company have a reason to search them through a Google search to turn up this thread.

I am shocked to find out that stupid criminals that commit stupid, easy to catch crimes, are in fact, really stupid.
