Just bought a contract at Kona Hawaiian Resort and 2024 fees are $6.55/1000.

Please update resort name on the spreadsheet.

Will report 2025 fees ASAP.

Added. Please note, especially over holiday seasons, there is no implicit obligation to update the sheet via data shared in this thread with any sense of urgency, just for future reference. We aren't saving lives here after all.

I've entered them tentatively into our spreadsheet - we can always update the sheet if these numbers don't turn out to be accurate. I actually don't have 2024 MFs for BC for last year - do you happen to have them?
I noticed on the spreadsheet that the Bonnet Creek PR line is still based on this incomplete budget information (the regular Bonnet Creek figure was updated once the annual assessments came out and property taxes were added). It might be best to pull that figure out of the spreadsheet until an owner shares an updated amount. Or maybe we could assume (?) that the additional amount for taxes is the same whether PR or non-PR, which was an additional $1.06 per 1,000 on non-PR points. That would bring the PR rate to $7.96/k, give or take.

Yeah, that was based on my assessment that did not include the taxes, and I dn’t know the taxes for PR since I don’t own PR, so agree it should be pulled out.

The 2025 minimum program fees are $188 without Plus Partners and $208 with Plus Partners.

Whoa! I give them credit for what looks like a major replenishment of the reserve fund, but that is rough.

Any chance you could post the full breakdown for PCB budget. Just purchased PCB and wanted to know little bit more about their overall budget for 2025. I know others have posted for other resorts but if it is not allowed that's okay too.
