Sticky - Official 2025 Maintenance Fee Thread

Club Wyndham Access for 2025 is $8.13 without program fee, $8.88 with the PlusPartners program fee (for ownerships above the flat minimum program fee). [bold added by Lisa P]
Did you mean the MF is $8.13/1k CWA points including the (without PlusPartners) program fee and $8.88/1k CWA points including the (with PlusPartners) program fee? Or is the program fee on top of the $8.13/1k MF? Please clarify - thanks.

$8.13 without any program fee.
$8.88 with PlusPartners program fee (if above the minimum).
$8.86 with non-PlusPartners program fee (if above the minimum).
 
@HitchHiker71 do you want to start a 2026 maintenance fee thread before a rogue one starts? I received my National Harbor 2026 budget.
 
I just sent you a PM with historical data for HI Royal Garden, Glade Wellington, and Kingsgate. I have quite a few going back but I just sent 2017 and forward except can't find my 2025:wall:šŸ˜„ ... will update when I get that data.

Commentary: The costs at this resort have absolutely skyrocketed over the past few years.

I have always wondered about the high MF there too, although I do not own there. I was there in April and did an update, I asked about why the MF were so high there, and the update guy (who is actually there finance guy, I don't know how or why I ended up with him( said there have been a couple floods there over the last 10-15 years and it decimated their reserve fund, and they have to raise MF and the reserve fund portion to get back to a viable number.

The guy said every first floor unit and the office flooded a couple times and had to be completely rebuilt (lost all furniture, appliances, drywall, carpet. etc)
