The splash pool is a nice upscale touch.

Yes, the splash pool is a very nice feature here in all units.
It is not heated though and mostly they are facing out of direct sunlight.
That is not really a problem now, as it has been consistently hot and sunny ~30°C every day.
At other times, it could feel quite cold.
The resort is planning an expansion phase and the new units are expected to have heaters for the splash pools, which would be good.

Grand Ocean Unit 8715 Sand Dollar Bldg. Not shown in image but it had an oversized corner porch. Would prefer higher floor but loved the oversized and open feel of porch.

Summit Watch in Park City, UT. Units don't have balconies, but here's the window view from unit 1317 (Pioneer Building) of the town lift area across Main Street.

Marriott Maui Ocean Club, Napili tower, Floor 4...someone strategically placed a healthy palm tree in the middle of our view out to Lanai, but we're loving the resort and ocean views from this building.

The only service dogs so far has a couple walking their Yorkie across 4 fairways & 1 green and a couple walking 2 dogs on leashes that were maybe a foot tall.
