Safest way is to find a friend / family who might want a nice trip for X amount of dollars. You get paid, book it, add name to reservation , they go on nice trip.

Or you pick a high demand vacation week, advertise finding a renter, put contract together , with a non- cancellation clause , collect money, put reservation in renters name.

With HICV you have lots of choices, the high demand weeks will be booked at the 10 month window.
