We were at Palm Aire 3 weeks ago, I was talking to 2 couples before they went on their "tour" told them both about TUG, showed them the marketplace specifically with free Whydam points at Palm Aire and general club points.

One of the people found me after and said her and her husband would have bought from the final offer if we hadn't talked and she hadn't seen the TUG marketplace for herself.

Her and her husband are picking up 150K free points off the marketplace for less mantiance than they were offered in their presentation.

So there are even more success stories out there than you will ever see on the (already very impressive) social media posts!

id say more people have found TUG thru word of mouth from another owner than any other source!

and anyone who finds TUG based on the recommendation of another owner is almost always VERY grateful for the knowledge!

I encounter someone every year at a marriott resort who has no idea you can buy resale!

Would there happen to be a template here for the letter of rescission to help get started?

You dont need a formal/fancy letter, it doesnt even need to be typed. I have read were some folks photocopy the signatures page that had the purchase information on it then in a blank space at the side write 'we wish to cancel this purchase' then sign and date it. Make sure you send it to the address provided in the instructions before the deadline and get a proof of mailing as it is that date that counts, not when it is received.

What's the real disadvantage of buying resale?

The word is often wrongly used. Nauseous - causing nausea Nauseated - affected by nausea I already knew about not to buy direct from HGVC. But I did learn something new about word usage here (and I'm picky on word choice as well). Cheers.
