I am interested in the Jockey Club TS. I have a few questions:
1. The maintenance fee of $586.xx is that for quarterly or annually?
2. Can the TS owner switch week 4 for other weeks?
3. Can the owner of this TS trade for other destination through II or RCI?
4. Are there any other fees besides the MF?
5. Is laundry available in the unit?

1. The $586.52 is the annual amount that they split into quarterly payments.
2. This is deeded as week# 4 but it is in fact floating. They have to assign a week to each deed for inventory purposes. So you could call and schedule for other floating weeks that are available.
3. This resort does exchange through RCI weeks or Interval International
4. The maintenance fees are the only yearly dues you will have to pay. All other closing costs are being paid by the seller.
5. Yes there are laundry facilities on site but not in the unit.
