No need to postulate. We have this inventory through liquidation and trade in services we provide. I am a big believer in people getting out of their timeshares themselves. For those who are unable or unwilling we provide that service for a fee. A fee that is collected after we have found a new owner. We do not charge upfront fees (unless the resort charges upfront for an estoppel).

The majority of our clients are elderly, or are taking care of getting their elderly parents timeshare out of their name. We do not buy lists of timeshare owners or do any post card mailings. All of our clients come to our website or find us through our Timeshare Scam Hotline.

About 40% of our inventory comes in through developer or vacation club sales. I wish more developers did trade-ins as I believe it would significantly decrease the amount of relief outfits.
