No need to postulate. We have this inventory through liquidation and trade in services we provide. I am a big believer in people getting out of their timeshares themselves. For those who are unable or unwilling we provide that service for a fee. A fee that is collected after we have found a new owner. We do not charge upfront fees (unless the resort charges upfront for an estoppel).

The majority of our clients are elderly, or are taking care of getting their elderly parents timeshare out of their name. We do not buy lists of timeshare owners or do any post card mailings. All of our clients come to our website or find us through our Timeshare Scam Hotline.

Thanks for clarifying. It is hard to discern the wheat from the chaff when it comes to TS liquidation.

We are having a discussion on the HGVC Forum and perhaps you could provide your viewpoint? In your experience, are there HGVC units that are impossible to give away? If so, which ones?
