I still hate Microsoft Teams. I hate that the app assumes that every time you re-boot your computer, you want to open Teams. Um, no. And the fact that it would *really* like your email to have the same root email address as the host of the meeting. Again, um, no.

No matter what great "new" features Teams adds, it will never be as user-friendly and intuitive as Zoom, because it is, at the end of the day, a Microsoft product.

I use almost many of the major videoconferencing platforms, and for what I do I concur with this comment. That being said, I'm self-employed, so I'm really not part of any dedicated work teams.

DW is a teacher, and her school uses both Zoom and Teams, and she's spent some time getting to know both of them. They generally use Zoom for on-line classes, but Teams is what they for interal collaboration. For that purpose, Zoom is clunky, at best. Teams excels at the ability to create and share documents, work on documents collaboratively, synch documents and edits in real time.

Zoom has a long way to left to go in the move from from easy-to-use by insecure videoconferencing app to being a fully functional distributed workplace software program.

For the collaborative documents piece, I find that Google drive works just fine. Most of our stuff is outward-facing (we're a small team, internally) so Zoom works best for us.

Go to Meeting/Webinar is also terrible.

I do a lot of these meetings, can you tell?!?
