I always want to keep my costs of Vacationing to a minimum so I can enjoy more vacationing. I use my maintenance costs as motivation to try to do more without adding more points. Over the years, I have gotten extremely good at doing this to the point that I can stretch my points to be living full time in timeshares.

In this video, I describe the process of learning how to use your timeshares better and better to avoiding adding to your maintenance fees. I have learned how to live full time in Timeshares for over a year to the Point that my timeshare maintenance is significantly below the cost (Mortgage, HOA, Utilities) of my one bedroom Condo in California so that staying in timeshares is a cheaper way of life.
