Got it - added. Many thanks for checking the sheet ahead of time and listing out the missing entries for Cypress Palms!

Got it -added/corrected. There are actually three Kingsgate entries, A B and C - is this correct? If so, which one applies to what you've posted above? If not, I'll consolidate to just a single entry for Kingsgate in the Fixed Week tab.
I referred back to my Kingsgate budget, and it looks like A is the 2BR, B is the 1BR, and C is the 3BR lockoff. I have C, and I think most other owners I've seen with converted fixed weeks at Kingsgate do as well, but if they each have their own budget column it stands to reason there may be some contracts out there with A or B.

But the figures on the budget for C don't exactly match what's on my annual assessment summary, so I don't think A and B from the budget would be reliable for the spreadsheet. Maybe this is because converted fixed week owners are actually paying next year's estimated maintenance fees in advance, and not current year as with UDI? Maybe an owner more experienced with fixed weeks can shed some light. (I'm a relative newbie to converted fixed weeks and bought my first one in 2019.)

Got it - so for now - I'll only update the "C" row with your data - at least for now.

Can you explain why they all have different cost per 1.000 for the same property?
308,000 is a 2 bedroom lower level
325,000 is a 2 bedroom upper level
203,000 is a 1 bedroom lower level
231,000 is a 1 bedroom upper level
500,000 is a 3 bedroom upper level

Shearwater is the same MF's for 400, 450 or 500K points, more points is on the floor/ level of the building. Top floor is penthouse, 500K points, and worthy of the extra cost because it's vaulted ceilings.

Points are higher based on level for all of the Hawaii properties.

I have a very cheap UDI that we bought to convert all of our deeded weeks to points.
