Sticky - Official 2026 Maintenance Fee Thread

Added. Many thanks! If you happen to have the Club Wyndham Atlanta (as opposed to MVC Atlanta) MFs for 2025 - we do not have these in our sheet.
I just bought Atlanta this year and did not get paper from Atlanta HOA for 2026 MFs so I don't have earlier years. And I don't own Margaritaville in Atlanta... least according to my contract.

I've added the "Standard" rate to the sheet. What is meant by VOI? That means "Vacation Ownership Interest" in my world and am not sure how to interpret that item as a result. I'm assuming these are UDI rates just FYI (not converted fixed week rates). Lastly, we don't have UDI rates for Palm-Aire for years 2019-2025 if you happen to have them handy and can post them in reply here.

I noticed in 2023 (when Wyndham went to Paymentus) that my UDI resorts were labeled VOI. So I assumed the same as you. Fixed weeks are still labeled as FW (and all mine have been converted to points).

Just validating that the 2025 prices and not for the 2026 year correct? I know for fixed weeks/converted fixed weeks owners typically "pay ahead" a year when compared to Club Wyndham UDI contracts.

Yes these are fixed week prices. Most units are fixed but allow you to reserve weeks 1-18 or 19-51. Some are set weeks and some are every other year. There are also some that have converted to points. This is 2024 and 2025. I can look for 2026. Edit. this is 2025 and 2024. I will look for 2026.

Are these converted fixed weeks or UDI contracts? I’m assuming converted fixed weeks - if so can you please confirm the size of the room as that is how we categorize weeks - studio, 1BR, etc.

I have Bali Hai UDI. The maintenance fees on both my UDI Bal Hai contracts have gone up to $5.12/thousand. an increase of 3 percent.
 
Can also confirm that Bonnet Creek has increased to $8.24/k, an increase of 6.5 percent over last year.

Got it -added/corrected. There are actually three Kingsgate entries, A B and C - is this correct? If so, which one applies to what you've posted above? If not, I'll consolidate to just a single entry for Kingsgate in the Fixed Week tab.
