* The Flagstaff properties are converted 2-bedroom weeks and the points owned are based on the season. Most conversions are Prime = 182K, High = 154K, Value = 126K and Quiet = 105K. Ridgewood II, Bldg. 16A–24A points are Prime = 189K, High = 161K, Value = 133K and Quiet = 112K.

I also have a chunk of CWA (+6.3%) and a small amount of Canterbury (+6.9%) but overall my maintenance fees only increased 1.8% for 2025... and for that I am grateful especially after last year’s 8.5% increase.
