Hi guys!
We have a total of 3 timeshares through holiday inn that we want to cancel, so last year we were told we could merge all of them and get one, with that being said could we upgrade then rescind the contract? Or would it convert back to the 3 that we had before? Or should we upgrade and sell the one? We're just really trying to get out of the contracts :( any input helps, thanks y'all.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MORE if you want out! It would just revert to what you have now. It's clear that you are beyond the rescission period, so if one or more of them are paid off, you can sell them or give them away. You won't be able to offload what isn't paid off and current. You can list them free in the TUG Bargain Deals Subforum at the top of this forum. Just follow the basic outline of Resort, size, season, Points- if any, MF, etc. If you want to try to sell them (They aren't worth much), for the cost of TUG membership ($15/yr) you have access to putting ads in the TUG Marketplace above in the dark blue stripe.

Good Luck!

Hi MP082105,

Welcome to TUG! Depending on where your 3 weeks are, they may have some value. Check out the “All other timeshare systems” forum. There are quite a few HICV members there that can offer you advice:
https://tugbbs.com/forums/index.php?forums/all-other-timeshare-systems.30/

Or, If your weeks are paid in full, there is deedback-type program available. Hopefully someone will chime in and let you know more about it:
