I checked into Marriott last Friday and was told I had 2 reservations. There was no info in my Bonvoy until I attempted to check in, then it posted. Marriott told me I made the reservation last October through Interval, but I didn’t. Then they told me I booked it through my Marriott Vacation Club account, but it did not show in my Bonvoy account. Then I was told that Interval International exchanges do not post to Bonvoy because II is not allowed to have your Bonvoy number. After the 3 card Monty dealer was done with me, I lost a week.Perhaps they are having issues generating and/or sending confirmations? The Marriott confirmation number is between the unit details and guests that can check in on the PDF confirmation so perhaps there is an issue on their end properly generating the confirmation PDF certificate. I also tried to resend some confirmations to my email and neither one came through. So it leads me to think they might be having issues creating the PDFs and delivering them.
