Interval International provides direct email for TUG member support

Before I bother the nice people answering emails for tug members- does anyone know if they can answer questions about corporate owned accounts. I reached out to member services with my club but the answer I received didn’t make much sense. Was hoping to get clarification on depositing points.

I'm fairly certain they can answer some questions about corporate II accounts. What timeshare system's points are you depositing and what type of issue are you encountering? Some TUG members may know the answer as well.

DVC- so there is not a lot of information on making deposits pretty much if I deposit my 2024 October & 2025 points. The 2024 points would have needed to be deposited before August of 2024? - the 2025 points can be deposited but cannot be used until after October 2025?
 
Does anyone know if in 2025 Mark is still with II and answering emails from this TUG email address?

He should be, but are you using a Yahoo based address? I've sent emails to the email box from an sbcglobal address and he confirmed it was never received. So they may have issues with some domains.

My last interaction with the tugmembers email address was answered by a woman named Mary Romero, who apparently works with Mark. She was very responsive.

Hi @dioxide45 , I'm using a gmail address, I also just sent another request using another email address... so hopefully one of these emails to the TUG email address for II will be answered soon...

Usually you would receive an acknowledgement email saying that they will respond within 24 hours. Have you received that email?

I am also trying to reach Mark and am using: tugmembers@intervalintl.com. Has anyone talked to him or emailed and gotten a response? I have also left him a message but no response and very unlike him. I have tried to wait to talk to a person but the hold times are really long.

If you mailed him last week, it is possible he was out on vacation. Though they usually do have someone else monitoring that mail box.

Also, if you are using a Yahoo email address, and there are a lot. If you have an AT&T based email, it is through Yahoo too. Then they won't get delivered. I've had this problem before. I have to send emails from a non Yahoo based address.

I am not sure what the issue is with Yahoo emails and the II mailbox but I tested this with Mark a few years ago and he didn't receive my emails until I sent them from a non Yahoo address. I don't know if Yahoo is failing to deliver it or if IIs domain is blocking it instead.
 
Even I havent gotten a response to my email a few weeks back, hopefully its just temporary!

Apparently he does (as is my long history with him) but my non-yahoo email did not get to him. Just good to know he is still at II and taking calle/emails.
What domain is your email? Perhaps there is another one out there somehow not getting delivered.
 
I sent mine from the main tug email
