Septic pump out or other service is essential, as it tracks to public health. I know this because board of health was out here to make sure mine wasn't to fail point when I had it replaced a few years back. A big rain with full septic tanks is a problem for everyone.I think so many of these things can be touch and go. For example over the past few years we've had to have a tree service come in and trim back, or remove, trees as they were diseased. If the trees hadn't been taken care of I'm not sure what the consequences would have been. We have services with people who come out and service our septic. People who start up the swamp coolers for the season. I wonder how many of these are now considered essential, or not essential. I guess we'll find out when we need to call them for servicing.
Usually one guy in a truck.
What is a swamp cooler?
