Three.

One thing that bothered me is that when I opened up the puzzle there was a message "Continue on your streak of one day." That is simply not true. You could look back in this thread and see that I solved the puzzle for the last two days (and more).

Oh no, hope it's not lost. I lost my streak at 91 due to a glitch in their counting. I've never gotten up that high again. But disapointing, we need all those chicken scratches. Wordle seems to be one of the better at tracking over multiple devices. Good luck.

If you have a free account, you can play on multiple devices and it tracks it. I started the other day on iPhone, and my notebook computer knew where I was (second guess) and continued seamlessly. Possibly, you updated browser or otherwise deleted a "cookie" which had your streak.

Thought I had it in 3 but it scorned my fence.

Any time of the year, don't you hear? (Havin' a ball)
Dressin' fine, makin' time
We breeze up and down the street
We get respect from the people we meet
They make way day or night
They know a five in Wordle is out of sight

Four.

Three, four, and finally five. (The number of correct letters on lines two, three, and four as I moved from left to right.)

A very lucky hunch of my first word resulted in an easy TWO. Days like this are few and far between.
