another three today

For guess 3, I was debating whether to use AGONY or ANNOY. I decided to use AGONY because I avoid doubling down on a letter unless I can't think of other alternatives.

Four. I used a couple of starter words that I’ve never used before. The results were kind of mixed.
At some point yesterday, the word KAPUT entered my brain and I immediately thought ”that would be a great Wordle“. So, hoping I was onto something, I gave it a shot. Meh! Just an A out of position. I decided to just look for letters instead of trying to get the A in the right spot. Another word, SCION, that I never use popped into my head. That added and O and N looking for homes. I thought there was a good chance the A was the starting letter and I thought of ALONE. That put all 3 letters in their correct positions so I was left with AxONx. The AGONY and the ecstasy of solving Wordle!

Wow, can't believe a 2 today!!

Lucky for me I didn't even think of ANNOY as possiblity. I still likely would have gone with AGONY, cause still looking for consonants at 2nd guess, instead of two of the same known letter.

Four for me too, whew!
Good word today WORDLE Gods.

Took me quite awhile to come up with 3rd guess. I never thought about a DW consonant combo. The TW and SW words are more common. If it wasn't for the T, I was thinking, how do you spell ' dweeb' ? As I was beginning to feel like one... :D

I’m a four today.
I tried to set the STAGE for a quick get today but it would not be so easy. I only uncovered a T snd E out of position. I decided to move the E and T and keep going for it instead of trying 5 new letters. I thought TENOR was a good option but nothing. Next, I tried EVICT and got the T correct. I perused my keyboard for a couple minutes and finally came up with DWELT. Hmmm.

Four
CHEWY was an elimination word - I was looking for C, CH, W, and Y. With the results from CHEWY, WHIFF was the only thing I could come up with.

Went back to bed between four and five, and still took me another ten minutes.
I was doing mine late, after a long day. Fell asleep and didn't finished. I had the .. ELT. The rest didn't come to me. I should have used a burner. Kudos to all...now to work on day1 of my new streak.

I got a five but I’m actually ok with that.
I got off to a weird start which I thought would be very helpful but I’m not entirely sure that it was. A strange beginning to the week of Wordle.

DW and DD are leaving for Bonnet Creek and a week at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. So, Disney WORLD was on my mind. I thought it was good that I found the W right off. I tried WASTE next to search for a couplt common consonants and vowels. Nope. I decided the WH combination was probably in play with I as the vowel because I couldn’t think of any words combining WU or WHU. WHINY was the first word I thought of and tried it. My WHI hunch was correct. WHICH was my next choice and I was sure it was the answer. The gods got me. Hmmm. What could the last two letters be? I finally thought of WHIFF and WHIZZ which I wasn‘t sure if it was a word. I tried WHIFF and the tiles turned green, fortunately. A strange word with an unusual letter combination. I like it and I’m okay with my five.

Four. Had the second and third letter with my opening word. Should have made it easy, but there were a number of possible words that could have gone in. I was quickly eliminating letters, but still took me three tries to finish.
