[ 2023 ] LLOYDSHARE PAYOUTS or EXPERIENCES LATELY???

Were you offered this annuity in conjunction with buying the Vidanta membership? Or was Lloydshare offering you, a Vidanta member, separately this annuity? So IOW, did a salesperson for Lloydshare contact you saying something along the lines of, "As a Vidanta member, you qualify to purchase a Lloydshare annuity." Or, was this part of the package that you bought a couple years ago that the TS sales person said would be a benefit of being a Vidanta member?
Sorry for the delay. I was out of town . I got the Lloydshare benefit through Vidanta. I had to pay a sum for it. I checked with an attorney and said it looks legit. But I've been reading about it and sounds like a scam.

Can someone be kind enough as to send me a copy of his contract? I wouldn't mind get in contact through email to share thoughts. I would like me attorney to check the Lloydshare contract someone else got too.

Thank you

Vidanta does not allow Lloydshare sales reps on their properties. This is a scam post, just like Lloydshare. w

Lloydshare annuities are something new tthat pops up at the end of a timeshare sales pitch. It can be the clincher as it was for me. The five day refund window is valid, after that " no early tedemption" is available. Lloydshare is a fraud.
Lloydshare does not pay the annuity so basically,
they are stealing the annuity purchase cash. They are thieves.
Presently, they feature "upgrading". If you do not tell Lloydshare you upgraded your timeshare, they will warn of nullifying your annuity, most likely ( statistics unknown).
Originally, the annuity was sold to show loyalty to your host resort by retaining ownership. This morphed to buying an annuity with a contract number. This number changes when an upgrade is made, something all too familiar with Vidanta if the annuity is transferred to Vidanta fron some other resort. The annuity owner could maintain ownership but lose the annuity because of unreported upgrading. See Lloydshare on the web.
This is fraud. There is no mention in the terms and conditions of upgrading at the host resort where your ownership id number remains the same and the timeshare investment remains invested.. This critical factor is not covered in the terms and conditions which rule the annuity. Join the owners club!!!

This looks to me like a Lloydshare reply, to confuse things. Fraudsters

It isn't reputable companies selling these at all, it's Mexican timeshare salespeople. They're the opposite of reputable.
funny, the majority of people that sale timeshares in mexico are american and canadian

Absolutely! That sentence was meant as "Timeshare-salespeople-located-in-Mexico" not "timeshare-salespeople-of-Mexican-ancestry".

Sharks of all kinds go where the prey is.

The gig has been running along time and if you do something even minor like move so I hear they will not pay. This is run by Martyn J Ravenhill who infact is the onwer of the Liberace Mansion in Las Vegas. From what I hear

Gaby del Bosque is his CEO who lives in Mexico city. Going to to do a deeper dive pipe if you have some intel. Check this out what happen to the money https://theliberacemansion.com/about-us/

Hi Jasonx, Check out Ravenhill's death while vacationing in Europe as reported in the Liberace Fan Club facebook thread. The funeral was in England in August, death July 15 somewhere. No mention of his reported death in mainstream Las Vegas media. One obituary notice from a funeral home in Guildford, England. The Lloydshare site does not mention his death. Liberace had a fictitious death too but the details don't interest me.

Despite using fake addresses in London and Panama, not disclosing a Las Vegas address, and not responding to Ravenhill's social media death report, government agencies allow the fraud operation to continue. A band of thieves including the tax collectors.

Hi Lloydshare annuity holders. I recently had a 15 year annuity payout matured on January 2026. I reached out to them and they asked me to send them information that shows my identification then they proceeded to ask me to complete a declaration page regarding my personal information, I submitted the paperwork honestly and truthfully, and was denied my payout due to not letting Lloyd share know of those personal changes within the 90 days of when the change happen, they said, I breached the contract, based on the terms and condition that was on the certificate. I will copy and paste the exact response from them for you to see therefore anyone who has Lawyer chair please make sure you contact them through a customer service and let them know of your personal changes so that you don’t miss on your payout by the way, my payout was $20,000 so it is really disappointing.

Iam in receipt of your email of March 9, 2026, and the attached completed Claimant Declaration forms.

Upon review of your Claimant Declaration forms, I regret to confirm that this claim is, unfortunately, not eligible for pay-out in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your Certificate.

Lloydshare pay-outs are governed by a strict adherence to the Terms & Conditions which are located on the reverse of your Certificate and have been in your possession for the full term. As you will be aware from paragraphs 5.5, 5.7 and 5.9 a single breach has capacity to invalidate a Certificate, according it a nil value.

You have made frank admissions in your Claimant Declaration forms of multiple notification breaches as noted below:

  • Non-notification of change of marital status, contrary to paragraph 5.21/22 of the Terms & Conditions.
  • Non-notification of address changes, contrary to paragraph 5.21/22 of the Terms & Conditions (X2).
  • Non-notification of employment change, contrary to paragraph 5.21/22 of the Terms & Conditions.
The above constitutes four demonstrable breaches of the Terms & Conditions. As mentioned, a single breach has capacity to invalidate a Certificate and in this case four breaches have already been established. It appears from the comments you made in your Claimant Declaration forms that you, regrettably, did not review the applicable Terms & Conditions during the lifetime of the Certificate and that is most unfortunate.

I do appreciate that you may be curious as to why such weight is placed on timely notifications as related to changes of personal circumstances. If I may explain why changes of circumstances are required to be reported within a specified timescale, as stated on our website, Lloydshare’s interest in changes of personal circumstances is linked to our marketing and consultative interests, which rely on our understanding, our inclusion within our statistics, [and occasionally predicting] general trends of member behaviors and the common reasons behind those behaviors. This is why any reports may give rise to supplementary individual surveys [update impact surveys]. By failing to report changes of personal circumstances, as mandated within the Terms & Conditions, Lloydshare was denied, on successive occasions, the opportunity to possibly gather market research information that has value for us.

It is considered that no useful purpose would be served by moving forward with the full Validation Inquiry process that can take up to 120 days, as nothing revealed could undo the breaches already evident. The process could only reveal additional breaches.

As a result of the above, you are, unfortunately, disqualified from the pay-out you are claiming. While I am sure this must be very disappointing, please understand that the generous pay-outs we offer must necessarily be balanced against a strict compliance with the Terms & Conditions and that the above failings were in not in any way the responsibility of Lloydshare.

Kind regards,

Claims Examiner
