There are two types of 2br premiere, same amount of points. 1 is the 2br penthouse and the other one is the 2br ocean front. Do they both have the same annual MF as a 2br penthouse or are they different as in 1 is penthouse and the other is a 2br regardless of the ocean front?

I own 2BR OF EOYE. I can look up my 2024 MFs later today.
2024 MFs for my 2BR at Lagoon Tower were $2244.94.

Thanks to @ljmiii, the LT 2BR OF has the same MFs are 2BR. The LT 2BR Penthouse(s) will only have the higher 2BR Penthouse MFs.

Owners had an opportunity to reduce this, but not enough voted to waive statutory funding requirements.
Other Florida resort who voted not to waive statutory funding should see similar increases in reserve fees due to the law that changed recently in that state.

Unlike most locations, this is one where the MF's are different for the same room type ie: 1BR lower MF's than 1BR+. Obviously lower points too.
