I just found the HGVC budget reports, so I was able to load 2024 and 2025 MFs for Chicago Magnificent Mile into the db.

That is a great deal at only .08/point and being Hilton Club you get 32:1 HH Points conversion rate. This will be my next deed if I can find one. Thanks for the help

Looking at the Budget report for Liberty Place, that is what I see (because there is only 1 MF for Studios).

I am looking for a Liberty Place unit because deeded owners also have access to the Owner's Lounge in addition to all the other benefits I mentioned earlier. This information is so valuable to me. Thank you

The other thing to look at is room size. For LP, all of the Studios are the same size, 375ft2.

The Elara Hilton Club Studio (14880 pts) has M/F of $977.20 which is $100 cheaper than Liberty Place and Elara bHC has an owner's Lounge just for owners and a 32:1 conversion to HH points. You have provided so much information. These deeds are hard to find but worth the effort.
