my guess: they are very busy with all of their auctions and just can't handle the volume properly
but...come on...how about some kind of communication?
any advice?
LUCKY 987 is an a$$
My purchase is going okay...
I complained to the seller ( Luky 987 / SellTimeshare.org) that PacificTransfer isn't responding to my emails and....
The seller was honest and told me that he is switching from Pacific Transfer to another closing company that is located in the Midwest (Ohio?). He basically said that Pacific isn't doing a good enough job keeping up with his volume (many thousands per year) and that Pacific's customer service has been sub-par.
Anyway, I'm hoping my sales gets done fairly soon. I think my sale is still getting closed by Pacific - but most new business will go to this new closing company
I'm sure my purchase will complete - but I hope things improve
I am pretty sure it is actually the same company. It looks like they are changing names and legal entities to start the reputation clock over again. It is difficult to determine where the actual physical operation takes place. There is no evidence that it is really in Ohio or that anything actually changed. Apparently it is the same computer system. I know the legal owner of the new Ohio company doesn't really own anything or have anything to do with it or any form of timeshares or title transfers. They are just a puppet legal owner which is very similar to the puppet owner of selltimeshare.org.
This has been stated many times but it is 99.9% certain that the closing companies and selltimeshare.org are all the same operation.
I have bought from them many times but to say that things can go wrong would be a huge understatement. I have bought 6 from them. 3 went perfectly fine. One took 7 months due to numerous mistakes. I have two in process one of which is at 4 months and according to the resort they are ignoring the transfer because it wasn't done correctly.
Why do you keep buying from them?
Because something of value can be dirt cheap. I made more on one resale from them than they are holding on the two in process so even if they took my money and ran, which is highly doubtful, I am still ahead. They are not my first choice but they are also not my last.
Update:
Still haven't heard anything from Pacific or Luky
Its been nearly three month since I signed the Contract and paid them
They stink
I won an auction from them a few weeks ago and I was able to contact them by email and telephone to add something to the contract. I'm sleeping well because I don't have much money at risk.
Right after my win, someone gave him negative feedback because there was no closing company on the contract. ebay removed it, but now there is another stating "scam no title company scam."
Last night on my Samsung tablet I could look at the private auction items while logged onto ebay. I can't do that with my PC. I saw that he won 28000 Wyndham points at Edisto for $51 with no closing cost. It seems odd to complain about the closing company at that price. Also, if it's a revenge seeker, he took the points away from another bidder.
Ebay doesn't remove closing companies from contracts. That wouldn't make sense. The seller changed closing company names and no longer likes disclosing the name because in reality there is no independent closing company. None of the mass ebay sellers using an independent company. They are all "in-house". By not showing the name of the artificial entity it decreases the change that it gets a bad reputation.
I think he meant that eBay removed his feedback, at least that's how I took his post.

I bought from him on Dec 24th. I got a canned message asking for name & address. I sent it with the estoppel request. It's been 10 days and haven't heard a thing. I am thinking it might be best to keep my money in my pocket at this rate. I wonder if I should post a negative feedback to Ebay?
