Luky 987 / SellTimeshare.org / Pacific Transfer

On his auctions he states that the estoppel should be requested prior to bidding.

Which he can't provide, in the length of the auction so what he is really saying is '

If you want an estoppel, don't bid'

I requested the estoppel by email and received it the next day. When I questioned something, a reply came a few hours later.

After I won the auction, yes, a canned email requested my name and address info for the deed. I sent the info, the next day I was invoiced, which I then paid by bank transfer.

So far, it couldn't go any smoother.

Yes, I did request it prior to bidding. Since, I still had not received it, I asked for it again. I will not pay or sign anything until I have the estoppel, either.

I will add my experience like I do every time I see a new person scammed by these companies.

I bought a Wyndham 126k point contract from them at the beginning of June. They sent me the papers to sign and I paid them.

After that I never received any other communication from the seller or the title company.

I have emailed them both dozens of times and called dozens of times. They either do not even answer the phone or they answer it an immediately put you on hold.

I have filed complaints against both companies with the BBB and they did not respond.

Finally someone on here messaged me with some new contact numbers I didn't have and I finally got someone on the phone.

A girl finally called me from the title company just throwing me a bone. She said she was sending me some A&A papers that need to be signed and notarized. They did not even have a deed for this property. I spoke to Wyndham myself and they said this was a deeded contract and that it was and still is deeded to someone else. I HAD TO TELL the lady from the title company that this property is deeded. They do not have a deed from the original seller and it has been 6 months.

I have text messaged David the guy who runs selltimeshare.org and requested a refund but nobody is responding and nobody ever called me back from the title company. She said last week that she would call me this past Monday and I never got that call.

Thankfully I am only out $200. I got it dirt cheap. but I am never OK with being scammed out of money no matter how small the amount it.

They get away with it because at the 45 day mark you don't know if the transfer is going good or not so you can't leave bad feedback or open a case with ebay for a timeshare sale. I left a neutral feedback at the 45 day mark and came back later and updated it with negative.

I see that you got a PM from someone who may have given you good contact info for this company. But even having that has not done much in solving me being ripped off.

I can't disagree with your position. It is a long term commitment that can be difficult exit.

In my situation, the Wyndham estoppel must have already been in their file because is was dated prior to the start of the auction.

The way I looked at this going in is, it's like going to a casino. You only play with the amount of money that you can easily afford to lose. In a casino, there is less than a 3% chance that you will leave with twice your money. Here there's a 97% chance that you will receive something that could cost more than 100 times as much elsewhere. Also, if I lose my money, I still win because I can rent for less than the MF and I don't own another timeshare.

It's a win/win situation.

I think Luky is monitoring this board. LOL! I received the docusign file last night but the docusign site was down until this morning. Still no estoppel. Although I do like to gamble a little, I am a little nervous about proceeding without the estoppel. I'm not worried about losing $200, but would hate to get stuck in a commitment that doesn't have a clear deed or has past due fees owed. I think I will send Luky another estoppel request.

Mindy

On his auctions he states that the estoppel should be requested prior to bidding.

The fact that he doesn't want you to ask questions after you win is another reason I won't bid on his auction. It's not aways possible to remember everything you want to ask during the relatively short auction periods.

I would leave negative feedback because he will not communicate with you after winning the item. I would probably give him a little more time though since we have just gotten away from the holiday season.

You can always change the feedback if he decides to write back to you.

Both parties must agree to withdraw feedback, it can't be withdrawn unilaterally

Keep after David... I called instead of texting (harder to ignore). Not defending them, but at least in my case some of the issues were on Wyndham's side, not David's or the closing company's. And one of the hold ups was for a death certificate since the former owner was a recent widow. If this is an annual contract and you were supposed to get points transferred in 2013, you should let David know you expect to get an equivalent number of RCI points - he did that for me when not all the advertised points were actually in the account.

Good luck, hope you get this worked out eventually.

After 5 emails and 3 phone calls, I finally received the Estoppel. It looked good, so, I completed my end of the deal. Now, let's see how long it takes to get it thru the system.

That's encouraging. It's good to hear that they're making an effort to provide some level of service. The over reporting of bads news often makes things look bleak.

I hope that I'll have some good news in the not too distant future.

I got a nice surprise email today, my deed was filed by "In less time closings LLC" with Broward County. I was able to verify the filing online.

The service was very good considering the 10 day rescind period in FL and the holidays. Now it's Wyndham's turn.

My horse is coming down the stretch.

Fortunately, every transaction with David has turned out positively

Currently, I have two recent winning auctions that are in closing. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to bid on his auctions. I don't doubt the issues posted here. David has always responded quickly to my communications and has been very nice to work with on my timeshare purchases. YMMV :hi:

Sell Timeshare; LLC and Pacific Property Transfer (PPT) on eBay

Purchased two timeshares from Sell Timeshare; LLC (1 from selltimeshareorg and 1 from luky987....same apparent seller) over six months ago on eBay with E-Checks.
First one I received the deed information quickly and then the deed was returned to PPT in mid-September because a transfer tax had not been paid -I have yet to hear anything further in 120 days.
The second was purchased in mid-September and after multiple calls and e-mails all I have received was that "the owners have yet to sign the deed".

Although many of you have purchased timeshares from Sell Timeshare and have had them acceptably closed by PPT my experience has not been at all good. Regardless of the purchase price, both entities customer service is horrid at best. E-mails are NEVER replied to; calls are diverted to filled mailboxes and messages are NEVER returned. If I rarely speak to an individual it NEVER goes any further like in me getting any type of reply. Aside from the after purchase correspondence that happens right after the eBay purchase I have never had a reply from them on either transaction. I've been nice for six months and now it's time for me to turn up the heat.

Can someone who has more direct contact information for Selltimeshare.org pm me the info. I can't get to a supervisor since as per Nick Martinez, the only person who answers the phone, states they are always unavailable.

I purchased an Ebay auction for Club Wyndham Access points in July 2013 and have been given the run around from both the title company, Pacific Transfer, and from Nick at Selltimeshare.org

Two transfers have failed to go through...the first was a deeded property and not CWA points at all. I had to figure that out myself and after another property was deeded to me, we had to get it deeded back to the original owner. The second property is failing to transfer because the sellers Wyndham account has become frozen due to not paying maintenance dues. Not only has the account been frozen but all the A&A documents that have been sent to Wyndham have to be sent again since they have expired. Sellmytimeshare tell me that they are going to get Pacific Transfer to get the seller to pay the past dues and get this contract transferred. I have asked for my money back since both companies have within six months been unable to get a Wyndham contract transferred to me.

What recourse do I have? Should I get my lawyer involved? Will that even accomplish anything?

Rook, you have alot more patience than I do as my ordeal with them only began this past August. The only contact information are the 888/877 toll free numbers for both entities that never get responded to (PM me if you need those). I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (both SellTimeshare and Pacific Transfer have "F" ratings so they probably could care less about this), both Florida and California's State Attorney General's Office and both State's Real Estate Complaints office. A am also is working with the US Department of Justice in California and then direct civil litigation if all else fails. These people should not be in business. You've been patient and now it's time for action. Shotgun them with complaints and then get your attorney involved - go after the head of the snake. Steve

I just won an auction from him for a very small contract with seller paid closing and transfer. Got the request for info within hours. Lets see if the rest follows. since I wanted a small contract to add my kids to our wyndham account I decided to risk the $41.

I bought a small wyndham points contract from e-bay as well. It finally got transfered to my name, but have found out today that the first years use only has 12,600 points of the 49,000 (previous owners borrowed against it). I'm a bit peeved because I'll be paying MF for something that I only get 25% of the use on. It's a small matter, but obviously I would have bought a different contract that had full 2014 points available.

I've only e-mailed the seller about the issue today, so of course he hasn't had time to respond.

Rook - Do you still need a contact point? I have it if you need it.

Beck - same thing happened to me with this seller and he did make good. He transferred over RCI points for the shortfall, and since it was very late in the year, all I could have done was deposit the points to RCI anyway. In your case, he may give you the option to make a reservation with the missing number of points.

I think this seller is also now selling using eBay ID: wwptshares

see this auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/385-000-POI...31101582793?pt=Timeshares&hash=item1e864365c9

it looks very similar to auctions by "Luky" and "SellTimeshare.org"

Looks like the seller made a lot of purchases to build his eBay feedback ratings and is now selling timeshares with the ID

The form is similar and might be provided by someone to help automate the closing process. Luky doesn't usually charge for closing and Wyndham transfer costs.

I'm still waiting for Wyndham to complete my deal. It's been 1 1/2 months so far.

and the beat goes on.....luky987 and Pacific Transfer

My luky987 eBay purchase in September 2013 had a $385 closing cost and I'm still waiting for the first e-mail, phone call or any type of communication from either luky or Pacific Transfer since I paid for the timeshare.....my feeling is that they are total frauds. SellTimeshare (luky987) in Florida and Pacific Transfer in California both graded "F" by their respective Better Business Bureau. Now I'm working with both States Attorney General's office. It would need to be next to free before I would purchase from them again.

I would go one step further and avoid these people even if the TS was less than free. Ridiculous that you bought in Sept and still do not have even one email from them.

I'm in the same boat. I won the auction in September, signed the contract and paid - and have not head anything since then.

i Have emailed and called multiple times. I have received not one response.
I even tried the President's cell number, that another Tugger nicely provided to me. He doesn't answer and the mailbox on his cell is full.

So far, I am out my purchase money with nothing to show for it.

IMO, based on my experience, I would not recommend this outfit.

IMO Ebay is complicit in these companies ability to scam buyers by not monitoring the complaints received about these shading companies.
