Wyndham website not working (again...!!)

I will leave this here instead of starting another thread. I am pretty sure @HitchHiker71 pays attention to all these. :) I have tried three or four times on different resort inventory pages to search by unit size. None of them work. They all show everything available and give our favorite error when I select dates. I have even tried in different browsers. Anyone else having this issue? Searching for "All Units" seems to work, but including accessible units tends to break things again. I quit messing with it verses trying to figure out exactly what would and wouldn't work.
I haven't tried to filter on room size for quite some time. if accessible makes it worse, I can't speak to that because I simply don't try to figure out the nitty gritty - too frustrating and time consuming.

IIRC, according to @HitchHiker71, POS means Public Offering Statement, which would actually provide some information. Not sure that’s the case for the Wyndham site, though I do agree it is a POS.

This is a known reported issue that remains outstanding with Wyndham IT. I provided additional screenshots for this issue a couple weeks back now - to repro the issue - any fix is still in flight.
 
Broke implies it actually worked at some point has anyone actually gotten it to work?

Again with all the problems with my Wyndham account setup- and being semi- new, I can’t tell if it’s me or them…

It worked when it was initially released. I haven't yet attempted to repro this issue - I'll try to do that today and report this issue to Wyndham IT for investigation and follow up.

I've reported both of these issues with the MAC (Monthly Availability Calendar) twice now with supported steps to repro. The room filtering hasn't worked right in months now, and the accessible rooms doesn't show the same availability in the MAC vs a targeted date range search for example. In some cases the MAC doesn't correctly display inventory when compared to the same date based search even without the accessible checkbox in scope. All of this has been reported to Wyndham IT for investigation and follow up since late Nov/early Dec timeframe.
 
Just another part of torture for old time Wyndham owners. I have tried to use the Wyndham website since December 2023 without success. I contacted Wyndham no less than 20 times and was told that they gave it to IT and it would be fixed. As of today, it still has not.

The funny part I was told that I had to use a PC not my MacBook Pro, had to remove my history and cache, had to use Chrome Browser all over the 2 month period. Tried everything the reps suggested and still get the same message. This is just another example of Wyndham benefit reversal.

Oh, and if you say just call, I should note that I have a medical problem in which I lose my voice after short periods. Also, I don't want to spend the rest of my life on hold for over 20 minutes most of the time.

I have tried to use the Wyndham website since December 2023 without success.
Have you checked the date/time on your PC? Could be that it's out of synch....
 
I tried it on 4 separate computers-3 MACs & 1PC. All are fine, clearly the problem is not on my end. I'll be at a Wyndham next week I'll try their computer. I attempted to upload the screenshot but it is too large. The Wyndham message states " Something unexpected happened ".

Thank you for your suggestion.

This is great. When I attempted to login and requested the code texted to me, I didn't receive the texted code. I tried numerous time - all to no avail. So the security feature that was forced on us is now keeping me from accessing my account.

Sorry I failed to mention that this was my problem too. I repeatedly got the code in my email, put the code in and received " Something unexpected happened ". Wyndham IT was suppose to fix it but it has been about 2 months and I am still get the same BS.

I can try to report this to Wyndham IT especially if others are experiencing the same issue of no longer receiving the text codes. How long are you waiting in between the initial login attempt and receiving the email and actually inputting the code? There's a time limit when using email which can be problematic in some cases as there's a timeout when using email to receive the code (typically five or ten minutes - I'm not sure what the time limit is for Wyndham's implementation).

Yes and it started about mid December. I have used 3 different browser-safari, chrome, & Firefox, stopped virus/malware protection, opened administrative rights, and cleared cache/history. These were suggested but neither my MacBooks or older PCs work. Thanks

Ask if Wyndham can reset the MFA setup so you can re-enroll from scratch. Not sure if this is an option but that’s what I would try next.
