FYI - The calendar issue, if you haven't seen it....
The month on the left is actually February (you can tell because it has 29 days) -- the calendar itself is correct, the banner is wrong.

I see this.... (we are Founders and Owners at Bonnet Creek)
View attachment 90017
Also... once you've checked to view availability, and have the calendars side by side, the left calendar has a drop down (so you don't have to scroll through every month). Sometimes the heading for the month will be incorrect - you can tell by the number of days in the month - but it is usable).

And it does look like I could book that 4 BR Presidential if I wanted to... I got to this step after selecting to book it.

Yes, I know about the month pulldown. I was using the dashboard to try to make the reservation. The real point was I'm 100% certain I was trying to book in 2025, not 2024.

I'm VIP Founders and Presidential Reserve at Bonnet Creek by virtue of a single PR contract for 1,449,000 points. Doesn't seem to matter.

Is anyone else having a problem with the keyword search on the website? It's giving me zero results for everything.
This latest update has fixed the search in a very special way. Now it's back to returning the expected search results - but the preview paragraph is extremely lengthy! It used to preview maybe 5 lines of the page with each result - now that preview is ridiculously long. :ROFLMAO: Not super helpful when the desired search result may be the 2nd, 3rd, or a later result in the list.

Oh Dear... my account isn't me anymore, it's my niece (another owner on the account).... My banner no longer says 'Welcome Back, Sandi'... It says 'Welcome Back, my niece'.
Just logged in and similar issue. Instead of Welcome Back my name", it now has my husband's name. I wonder what's up and will Wyndham self correct or will it involve a phone call. If course I can leave it as is since we are both on the account even though I do all the planning and booking.

I see my name regardless if i am logged in as my wife or myself. I also notice that the initials in the upper right are always mine also.

My name has changed as well except it went to one of my son's names (which happens to be our first alphabetical name.)

Working again for me too - same sillyness.

Also I notice a new feature - there's a box to enter an "offer code" on the
same screen as "special request" where you could enter a room request
(if VIP, I suppose).

Anyone seen an "offer code" anywhere yet? One can but wonder what shenanigans
are behind this new feature.

I'm getting the "Hang Tight" error after logging in as well, but you can bypass it by clicking on "Club Wyndham" in the upper left hand corner of the screen after getting the error.

I called Wyndham this AM and it seems there are glitches all over the website.

I scrolled through every month from now to April 2025 and Wyndham Orlando International had not even one single day available. The VC said the same thing is true about Edisto. She thinks the various glitches are remnants of last week's outage.

I also noticed the Hang Tight pop-up and the additional verbiage on key word searches.

I have the same issue with all the resorts in Newport, RI. There is nothing available for the next 13 months. I then checked Bentley Brook and there is nothing available for the next 13 months. Very frustrating.

Ditto, in my husband's name with my info. We both have separate log ins. Hope this doesn't mess up owners reservations

You're always so mean. Truly. I am complaining about a giant corporation, who has shut us out of our VIP Founder and Platinum accounts during the process of transfers, keeping us out of our account for months at a time, and you think I am a cry baby. You are a bully.
That is the thing that you will seem to never understand. Your experience is the result of your abusage as a "megarenter". It has nothing to do with a "regular" member of Club Wydham.

Your experience is completely irrelevant to any "regular" owner in Club Wyndham. And that is why YOUR experience is completely irrelevant to the TUG Club Wyndham Forum.

So suddently yesterday and today it's telling me "This owner number is not currently active. Please contact a Club Wyndham representative at 800-251-8736." I cannot log in. Is it just the site or should I waste time calling them? I don't even know if I know my owner number TBH, I just log into the website usually.

I have had the exact same issue at Club Wyndham Sapphire Valley. No availability for the next 13 months. I'm certain that is not the case. I also noticed that there is no longer a way to comment on the website -- the little tab on the right side is gone (at least for me).

Comically I booked Bentley Brook for my brother-in-law Wednesday. They are predicting another foot of snow (after being 70 degrees last week). He wants to add on.... nothing before March of 2025 now. Jeesh... they must be taking resorts offline while they do some type of adjustments? Makes no sense.

Same here... my niece would be first alphabetically, as well. I wonder what the transaction log will look like. It was off before sometimes anyhow...

Agreed.

Cindy's current experience with Wyndham is partly because Wyndham is very unhappy with her, and she wants to try to keep some of her ownership while giving away the rest. I'm convinced that if she just agreed to walk away entirely, they'd make it pretty easy for her to do so. I say this often, in case the casual reader doesn't know the history.

But I suspect if you asked Cindy if she thought I was an a**hole about it or not, she'd probably say no. But I will let her decide that.

On the other hand, there's no doubt how most of us would judge CO skier---mega-renter or no.

You have always been kind, and I suspect you are right that we could have (maybe should have) just given all of our Wyndham back and saved a lot of aggravation. We did happen into the level of ownership that we have quite cheaply, so giving it all back would have probably been a good decision; however, we did not even consider that as a possibility. I wish they had offered that to us. Maybe things would have gone better.

There is a woman at Wyndham assigned to our case (Michael Brown's office), who has been great and sympathetic, and she is my contact. Such a nice person. She cannot do much for us at this point, but she does try.

Can you imagine what a difference it would have been if Wyndham had approached this civilly?
Option 1:
- Letter: You have been identified as an owner with usage that appears to be commercial. Effective with XXXX (what ever the next year is) your guest usage is limited to the complimentary quantity provided by your membership.
Option 2:
- New policy: Each VIP owner is able to purchase additional guest certificates up to a maximum of 50% of their complimentary allotment.
Either of these options would have squashed the mega renting. This would have eliminated the special department within Wyndham that is "managing" and "watching" commercial use. Any one else wonder how many people are in that department that we all are paying for as our program fee pays for the "club" management? Yes - there would still be renting, but as has been said a thousand times, that is what the sales force tell owners to do. It would have eliminated the "mega" renter.
