I have many Wyndham Club Access accounts available of varying amounts.
Ranging from 84,000 - 500,000 Points. and some larger accounts as well.
Buyer responsible for the $399 transfer fee.
Sellers covering all other closing costs.
Sellers will also continue to pay the monthly maintenance fees until the account transfers.

The largest Club Access account I have is 505,000 Annual Points January Renewal
Maintenance fees are $388.85 each month.

I do have another larger points account at Wyndham Panama City Beach that comes with 1,298,000 Annual Points.
Maintenance fees are $726.89 monthly.
