When to post HGVC Las Vegas rental wish list ad?

I am considering purchasing one of the HGVC Las Vegas resorts because the annual maintenance cost is usually cheaper (I am primarily looking for points!) and I like to look around CES.

I will look for the historical rental price, but I am not sure when to post the rental ad on TUG. I am wondering the right timing because it is difficult to plan ahead. I cannot confirm the dates until mid-Oct because of the logistics at my job.

Could you give me an advice about when to post the ad? (for cheaper rental and for latest date before sold out)

FYI. The usage of HGVC Las Vegas: Studio (or 1 Bed) for a week (or less than a week) on Week 1-2.
Additional usage: Staycation (4-7 days) on around Jun/Sep (actual date and location will vary)

And if you are planning on posting your rental wanted in the last minute rental forum (max $115 per day) than that is limited to no more than 45 days out.
