I was never the housebound cleaner, have lived by myself plenty. But never have I stopped a man from doing a chore because he didn't do it how I would.
I am with you Geekette. My DH does the vacuuming, washing of floors, will normally do any painting of walls, makes the lunches, cooks fish. Does he do some of these things the way I do? No. But is it that bad? No. I will never say he didn’t do something wrong. I am very happy that he wants to help out with the household duties. Only occasionally will I remind him that xxxx needs doing.
