I believe you can with a Presidential Reserve account. I have not tried it yet, but on the new site I can see all the Worldmark properties and it gives me the number to call and book. This is also true for Margaritaville as I just booked Pigeon Forge.

Well in the past, if you had an account that held both resale and retail points - with enough retail to qualify for VIP, there was no distinction between points in the account for things like Club Pass.
That may be going away with the new system.
