so sorry to see bundle 1 go away. It is my plan when I return in November to purchase two chairs and an umbrella and restart bundle 1 if nobody beats me to it. this has been goin on for a long time and is impressive. so.. when I get there I will get them and add to this forum immediately to see if that can happen. even when I am not going I still watch this thread in awe. good work everyone!

Yes, maybe the chairs did get mixed up. I'll PM you the claim ticket that was for Elliott.

OK I have the chairs. Thank you. We don't really need them until the 26th as we have friends in town with them unexpectantly. If someone needs them let me know. We are at North. I will hang on to them unless I hear.

I had the same experience. I asked how they would know what to hand over to the next person without a name or a number, and the guy just shrugged, but we were pretty adamant so they did it. My guess is that they prefer the bundle to 'disappear'. We added an umbrella so Bundle #2 now consists 2 chairs and an umbrella

Thank you Tom! I see I have been switched from bundle 1 to bundle 2 starting June 30th. Are we using a claim ticket or just checking with bell stand when picking up?

Hi @gdrj There's a gap between @bpaterno and you. Hopefully someone can use bundle 2 between June 24 to 30th. Otherwise, it might get lost at the bell desk like bundle 1. If no one signs up, I'll post on the WKORV FB group to see if there's interest.

It was lost when the person scheduled before me (6/8-6/14) tried to retrieve it from Nanea. They went back another time and asked another worker with the same result.
