@Tucsonadventurer , that FB group is private, so I asked to join, but haven't heard back. Again, not a fan of FB. Any chance you would be willing to post to that group for us? The chairs and umbrella are available at WKORV South from evening of 3/7 and there would need to be some coordination with @VI Guy for a handoff on 3/15.
@CalGalTraveler , there used to be calendar signups, but since the fire, there were never enough Tuggers here to keep the chain going. We haven't resurrected a schedule yet because any gaps mean the bundle won't be here for long. If there turns out to be enough people to keep it going, I'm sure we can use this thread to put together a list.

Re-reading the recent posts, looks like there will be gaps that need to be filled to keep the bundle in circulation:
You could drop off where you and @GrayFal decide works the best for both of you. Typically, we will leave them at the bell desk at one of the resorts if we are unable to meet up for in-person handoffs. In your case, you would put either your name or their name on the claim tag and send them a copy of the claim ticket with the number so that they can easily retrieve the items when they arrive on 4/2.
Will they be able to try to pass them on to @Shiba on 4/27?
