i've sent emails to both calendars twice and still can't add to the calendars when i click on them in my google calendar?

Make sure when you copy/paste the email address into the Google Calendar invite that the address pastes correctly. I found with another person that the address was pasting in with "Malito:" at the begining. Seems to happen if you try to do it on mobile.

You won't get a reply. You shouldn't be sending an actual email to the address, but rather adding it to your new event you are creating on your Google calendar.

Thanks - I think i finally got it - i should have bundle #2 for June 8-14 and it seems to have worked

Thanks! This helped. The “Mailto“ was an issue when using my iPad. You saved me a lot of frustation
 
Hello everyone. I was next on the list for bundle #1. Unfortunately this bundle is no longer available. I checked with the bell man as well a security and they confirmed that the chairs and umbrella are gone. There was a one week gap between when the items were checked and when I arrived. They stated that they are only responsible for holding an item for 24 hours. Hopefully bundle #2 will continue to be available for others to use.

Bundle #1 was great while it lasted!

There looks to be a large gap in Bundle #2 coming up from April 28 through May 15. I just added @Tucsonadventurer to the calendar because they had Bundle #1 reserved for May 15-June 8 (so I reserved it for them from May 15-19, and then May 28-June 7 since their entire stay was not available on the Bundle #2 calendar). If there isn't anyone to fill the gap, it may be likely that the bell desk will not hold the items that long. However, if they are tipped well, they have been known to hold the items for up to three weeks in previous years.

Looks like @robertk2012 had reserved May 7-14 on the now defunct Bundle #1 calendar. That would help if they reserved that week to close the gap a little. I'll send a message to them.

I can take them May7-16. I don’t have time to figure out the calendar right now though.
 
We are now arriving May 3 so if it helps we can fill in gaps

I added you to the calendar starting May 3-6 to fill in some of the gap, but we really need someone starting on the 28 or 29th. I'll post on the WKORV Facebook group in case someone can take it from April 29 to May 6.
 
I have a reservation for a bundle for July 15th to July 22nd. Is the reservation by bundle and if it is how does one know which bundle you are associated with?

Yes, each bundle has its own Google calendar. I'll copy your reservation into the bundle 2 calendar. I'm not sure if bundle 2 will last that long given the gaps.
 
can someone add me to the calendar 6/9-6/16? i was on bundle 1 for those dates but as bundle 1 is gone, i need to sign up for bundle 2 if those days are available but don’t know how to do it
 
my friend will be at westin too after me 6/17-6/22. can someone add his name Osama to the calendar too if their dates are available
 
We don't need the chairs until the 28th as we met up with friends before then who have chairs. If someone needs them then that's fine. Otherwise we will pick them up and hold them to keep them in circulation.
 
I’m here for a couple more days. Just let me know who/where to take them. The Umbrella was broken. One chair is good and the other is on its last leg. Looks like someone bent it trying to open or close it.

i am on the list for 06/08 -6/14 i can meet you the evening of 6/13 to hand off
 
I will decline all future reservations from Bundle 1. If there was availability in Bundle 2, your reservation was copied over.
 
so sorry to see bundle 1 go away. It is my plan when I return in November to purchase two chairs and an umbrella and restart bundle 1 if nobody beats me to it. this has been goin on for a long time and is impressive. so.. when I get there I will get them and add to this forum immediately to see if that can happen. even when I am not going I still watch this thread in awe. good work everyone!

I don't think having two different bundles is sustainable.
