Just had my first owner update with Marriott. I had a great salesperson in Abe. He provided me with some great options.... At the end of the day, I could not get past the 12% increase in maintenance fees. There are some interesting options but I just could get past the increase this year.
In the video, I talk about a few options tha you should consider to lower your upgrade costs... Perhaps an resale property is a better idea. The Marriott resorts are beautiful, but with such high maintenance fees it is hard to vote for this as an a life long situation..
