Getaways Nothing is more refreshing than taking a short break either as an event or themed adventure. I recommend that you plan these trips around a weekend. I like shifting them to Thursday Thru Saturday instead of the traditional Friday and Saturday.

The reason I like to shift to Thursday, is the stress of leaving on the weekend is so high especially around large cities, that by shiftin only slightly to Thursday you avoid the traffic and STRESS of the leaving and returning to the major city. I think if you can unwind for a full day that is enough... And by doing Thursday, you reduce the points needed. It would also work if you did Thursday thru Sunday, but the extra day might offset the returning back to the city stress. Having a theme allows for a focused adventure. Enjoy the video
