In this video, I wanted to share my top uses for my timeshare points... In general, I rank the usage of my points based on the most value for each point I spend. A general rule is that if two companies are involved, then there are two sets of profits which means your points will be diluted.

So naturally, cruise lines, car rentals, and other companies need to make a profit which means that you may be better booking direct with these third parties... The one exception is the exchanges especially when you consider that some last minute reservations are cheaper than booking it directly within the timeshare. But the main focus I find is to use the points to book timeshares... The further you get from that the more diluted you timeshare value.

Remember if you are eligible and use your Worldmark Credits for Rental Cars, Flights, a Luau, etc that Wyndham values each Credit at 4 cents.
