Sumday Vacations Response

I too read the ads very carefully, I also sell on ebay with 100% feedback. It's one thing to make an error in a listing nobody's perfect and I'm sure we've all made mistakes but another when the POTENTIAL buyer asks to verify the information pertaining to maintenance/program fees TWO times and both times the seller came back with incorrect information. After the seller replied back that yes the program fees are included I replied back asking are you sure they're included and again the response was yes I'm sure only to find out otherwise after the deed was in my name. I paid $600 for points that work out to $4.85 per thousand which I thought was $4.25 per thousand. I could have got a $4.85 per thousand contract for free.

The worst part is once I complained to the seller and asked what he would do about it, he said nothing and snubbed me off.

Nice.

Haven't left feedback yet, but i will.

Would you email me privately so that I can find out who you are and research your file. My email is jeffbrown@ "my company name".com. If this is the file that I've been working with Dennis on for the last several weeks, we have an estoppel from Wyndham stating the EXACT amount that was in the ebay listing. Therefore, the problem may actually lie with Wyndham instead of Sumday. But, without knowing who you are I'm at a loss to help or answer the questions you've posed here.

Timeshare transfer

Interesting, from a buying stand point, I can give high marks. I was very pleased with their service. I am curious how they get this inventory?

What is the name of The vacation club? Is that the name? Or which one are you talking about?

I can tell you where they get their inventory, from people like me who give it away. My timeshare is paid off but my wife and I don't use it. We don't want to pay monthly maintenance fees. Companies like Sumday charge us to transfer the deed and then charge buyers a reduced price to buy it.
