ROFR metric / Ongoing ROFR Activity

I only see a few that show on rofr.net as passed at $2. However, it can be hard to truly know if the values on rofr.net are what was actually submitted to Marriott.

I wondered that on mine

I sold 3000 for $2/point a few months ago and Marriott did not exercise ROFR. I submitted the contract to Marriott myself and I was pretty surprised they didn't exercise ROFR.

Got lucky on the two that passed. Where did you find all those weeks to buy?

All found posted on redweek. Some were redweek direct listings. Others were Syed at Advantage Vacation and Diane at Timesharebrokersales (I've had great experiences with both of these two)
