Resale purchases don't count towards HGV Max tiers?!?!

My last time at the Wynn Las Vegas in May 2025. They had a 0ne of six or something Bullgetti worth 25 million or so and it had no signs or interest it was behind glass doors by the rest room. The Car dealership Sales lady in Wynn told me about it and it looked cool. To each his own.
