RCI points unit upgrade request page not working?

I’m trying to add an upgrade request to an existing reservation in my RCI points account, and when I go to the upgrade page it doesn’t load the info. Under the resort name there’s a link that says "Urgent Information". When you click on it is says: this content cannot be loaded, please try again later.

It’s been like this for a few days. Anyone else seeing the same thing?
 
Still not working. Can anyone with an existing RCI points reservation click on "Upgrade Request" and see if the page loads properly for you? (You won’t actually be requesting an upgrade unless you select the options and click through).
 
Is your reservation into points inventory or weeks inventory using points? It may be that like holds, points inventory isn't eligible for upgrades.
 
No, that's not it. It lets me put in an upgrade request for a 3 week (single points reservation) although I am sure there is no way 3 weeks in larger or alternate unit will be available.
 
It’s points inventory. In the past I’ve added an upgrade request at the time of reservation and it worked fine. Now I’m trying to add it to an existing reservation but it won’t work for some reason.

I logged in to a friend account (RCI points) and he has one week booked from the points inventory and the urgent information button works correctly (the pop-up window opened) but there is no upgrade button. There is this message
