Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has purchased a resale through Preferred Timeshare Resales? And is it better to purchase a resale through a broker who has listed for someone on Redweek, or directly from an owner who is selling on Redweek?
Thanks so much!

Closing costs are sometimes higher when using a broker.

I have used both. I’ve hadn’t had any issues.

You have used Preferred Timeshare Rentals? They have a listing I am interested in,,and just checking to see if they are good to work with.

I believe I used them for a Westin resale over 5yrs ago. As I recall, there weren’t any issues. However brokers tend to have higher costs for their resales than owners or EBay.

I have purchased several from them in past and used Timeshare Closing for Less for the closings. Everything was handled very well and would purchase through them again if they have a listing I was interested in buying.

It’s been awhile. I used their closing company and didn’t have any issues.
