I know this question has likely been asked many times but I have searched and found nothing. after much back-n-4th negotiation I now need a closing agent for a Hyatt Residence Club re-sale purchase. Can anyone make a recommendation? How much should it cost?

Another recommendation for LT Transfers. We used them for multiple transfers of various timeshares from my dad to my siblings and me (different timeshares to different new owners) and they did a great job at a fair price.
 
LT Transfers for me as well. Search the forum for them and you’ll find many reasons they are recommended.

LT Transfers the best in the industry hands down. I have used them multiple times buying and selling and never had a problem.
