Good hospice care can make all the difference in a very difficult and stressful situation for the family of someone who is soon to leave their loved ones. But, there is always the possiblily that you may encounter a caregiver who makes you uncomfortable. If you do, call in and ask that they be removed from the case. I had this happen and was thankful that I was able to be assertive. It made a huge difference in my mother's final days. And if they offer having someone come play the harp, be sure to say yes.
