Marriott - View from the Balcony

Views from and of a magnificent Eagle suite balcony… We really lucked out for a few days last week celebrating (adult) daughters birthday! Sorry for photo bombing!

As for the photos of the Eagle Suite at Custom House..........
Photo-bombing? NO! Bring it on.
Great assignment.... As good as it gets!
It's certainly gorgeous during the day, as you can see just about everything along the harbor,
including pretty much the entirety of the North End (even the easy-to-spot white steeple of the Old North Church),
but imho, it's even more beautiful at night. The buildings all around, completely lit up, are an amazing canvas of white stars against the black background.
It's one of the most romantic and artistic displays I've ever seen. It can be enjoyed, too, by simply looking out the windows from the living room.
I'd rather have that view than anything anywhere------To me, nothing in Hawaii or anywhere else comes close to being as enjoyable.
Looking to the Harbor, to the North, or to the South, are all breathtaking. And the west view, altho not as impressive, isn't bad either.
There are so many different shapes of buildings , but my favorites are the tall round buildings seen in the South view,
whose domed tops and varying colors are simply magnificent.

It's easy to understand why I consider Custom House my favorite MVC resort. The history of the place in itself is enough, but the beauty of the amazing structure
is what blows me away. It's incredible to see it from afar when you're out walking and you see it from anywhere, but it's also great
when you're inside it and looking out. And of course, the seldom experienced secret is the Eagle Suite.
There is nothing else that compares to beholding the eagles of the famous Eagle Suite balconies.
All lit up, they "rule the night" as they overlook the harbor!
It's hard to take in the magnificence of the stately eagles at night when they are aglow. They make a truly heavy statement.

Although we skipped this past October, which is when we usually go (also twice in early December for the Christmas shopping), we've been there 10 times out of the last 13 years (we basically skipped the Covid years), and each time we're there it just gets better and better.
We adore the North End----so much to see and do, and of course so many great restaurants which offer so much variety.
Custom House is certainly something special. It has one of the best locations of anyplace anywhere in the Marriott system.
Going there is such a privilege and a gift.
Thanks for those photos, Davey54321.

Grande Vista, 7503/4, 2 bedroom lock-off, 5th floor. Screened porch off of main/1-bedroom, better pics from the studio porch (unscreened, 2 chairs and a side table.) The crane showed up Monday, and we could see the top of the lift hill for the main roller coaster at Sea World from the room. Could also watch the golfers on the 5th green, and check to see how crowded the hot tub was all at the same time, LOL! I also loved that we weren't directly facing any other buildings/balconies and had a "horizon" view. Felt very private.

I can't tell for sure, but is this building 91 in Golf Village?

I was wrong, building 97 in Club Village based on your other post.

Desert Springs Villas 1, Buidling N, Suite 9647. One downside is noise from the JW Marriott chillers and cooling towers. We just sat down to our villa-cooked meal last night when we heard and were shook by the 4.9 earthquake just before 6pm. That was an experience.

We have been to Maui Ocean Club every year since 2019, but this is our first time in Lahaina Tower. We booked an Ocean View 1BR (1BR portion of a 2BR lock off) using Abound points. We asked for and received a high floor. We are in 8201, the stack next to the parking garage, but we still have a great ocean view. I have also included a pano shot to show the full view.

Now the pano:

It would seem the top floor comes with a trade-off. You get a high floor but a much smaller balcony in those three middle units. Also no cover from the hot sun. Even the second to top middle balconies would lack some cover.
