In Florida the property tax is higher on platinum weeks than gold weeks. That is the difference; not the actual maintenance fee amounts which are the same for all weeks.

  • TOTAL $2229.84 (equivalent to 92 cents per point)
  • Increase/decrease over 2024 MF's whether in dollar or percentage value - 1.9%
I believe it's the first time ever that we've seen less than a 2% increase. Still more than my Destinations points, but the difference is narrowing.
And I have an option to rent President's week every year for this price.
